Returns, refunds and file problems

These are instant digital downloads; nothing physical is shipped. Etsy states that digital listings generally cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase. The terms shown on the Etsy listing and at checkout apply to your order.

If the files are missing, damaged, or different from the listing, contact our shop through Etsy. We will help you access the right files or resolve the problem through Etsy’s order tools. Eligible orders may also be covered by Etsy Purchase Protection.
